S.C.A.R The 50’s dream dinner
Ken Strugnell organized and took many Sackville High students on March Break trips to Europe. Almost 250 kids over five different trips. In 2004 they were looking for a major fund raiser. Ken decided a dinner theatre may raise some necessary funds for the travel club.
That’s when Ken wrote SCAR and it was performed at Sackville High by students. A full house enjoyed a supper and an evening of fun and money was raised for the travel club’s upcoming trip .
We are going to finish what Ken wrote and hope we can make him proud by doing so! Please join the remaining staff members from the regional high school’s inaugural year (1958) who gather once more to rehash days gone by when they are visited by an unusual, uninvited guest.
Roast beef dinner for the evening shows; assorted desserts for the matinee.
